Two Sketchy Cards!

Hi, crafty friends! Just popping in today to share two cards I made for challenges at My Favorite Things and the Deconstructed Sketch!

I finished both cards over the weekend, and took pictures of them this evening. My first card is for the Wednesday Stamp Club on My Favorite Things’ Splitcoast forum.

I used MFT’s “Miss You a Latte,” from the a la modes collection:

Supplies: paper – Basic Grey PB&J, Copic markers, Spellbinders circle die, Brilliance Graphite Black ink.
Here’s the sketch that inspired my card:

My second card is inspired by Deconstructed Sketch #72, and features “Broomstick Lucy” by Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps:
,
Supplies: sentiment – Impress Rubber Stamps, image – “Broomstick Lucy” – Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps, paper –  American Crafts “Pumpkin Patch”, Copic markers, Stickles, silver gel pen, star punch, mini brads, Brilliance Graphite Black ink.
I made a few changes to customize the sketch based on the image I had selected. Instead of the two large circles, I added a smaller star accent and moved the sentiment to the right.

Here’s the original sketch that inspired my card:
