Happy Tuesday! Welcome back for a new colourQ challenge! I used the colors from this week’s challenge to make a congratulations card for my sister and her family, who just moved into their new house!
Here’s my card:
The inside sentiment is “congratulations on your new one!” I still can’t believe I didn’t color the image! It took lots of willpower…LOL!
And here’s our latest colourQ:
To be considered for this week’s colourQueen, make sure to link your creation at the colourQ blog by Sunday, May 6 at noon Central Time! (Don’t forget to display the challenge colors and link back to the colourQ blog in your entry post.)
Of course, the rest of the colourQ Royal Court have created some gorgeous projects with this week’s colors! You can see them on the colourQ blog or by visiting their personal blogs. (The links are to the right next to the thumbnail of this week’s challenge colors.)
Thanks so much for stopping by! I can’t wait to see what you’ll create with this week’s colourQ!
Cute card! Did you have to sit on your hands so you wouldn't color?? 🙂
This is so cute!
No, it wasn't THAT bad, it's just that I didn't want to substitute colors or leave any out (like the grass)!
Thanks, Marlena! 🙂
Dear, Suzanne!! This card of yours is so beautiful. Love the way you keep the central image without any color. Love the background card and your sentiment as well.
Big hug from your new follower, Tan!!
Darling card Suzanne!!
I just loved that you left the image uncoloured.Gives so much personality to the card and brings out the color palette.Very clever of you
Wow girl! This is awesome, including leaving the image all white. Pretty daring, but way cool! Your family is going to love it. I wonder if they'll ask you to color it in. lol. Fabulous job with the color scheme tho and that is a really great card.
I too miss not posting a FBW card. Will we ever get used to it? Miss ya!
😉
What a great card to congratulate your sister on her new home! And I love the un-colored house!
Thanks for following my blog, Tan! *HUGS*
