Supplies: Paper (My Mind’s Eye, Stella and Rose Collection), Stamp (Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps), markers (Copic), paper flowers, brads, typed sentiment, border punch (Martha Stewart Crafts), cardstock.

Cupcake Ruby is one of two stamps being awarded to one lucky challenge participant, along with the goodies in the picture below!
