This week’s colourQ challenge colors stumped me at first, but I made them work for me with a cute snowman stamp that I thought I’d lost!
Here’s this week’s set of colors:
The colors made me think of a festive striped scarf, so I took that approach with my card background. I stamped the snowman three times, and colored in the hat and scarf on each with a different challenge color. Since the sentiment stamp didn’t have the extra word I wanted, I used some letter stickers to complete it!
I’ve been hunting for the snowman stamp for about a week because I wanted to use it on another card…I eventually found it in the pocket of a bag I took to my monthly cardmaking group! So glad I found it!
Supplies: Cardstock (Stampin’ Up!), Stamps (Imaginisce), Embossing Folder (Sizzix), Ink (Stampin’ Up!), Other: Markers, Stickles, Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type stickers, white dimensional gel pen.
Thanks for stopping by to look at my card!
There’s still time to play along with this week’s colourQ challenge!
This is too cute, Suzanne! I love the snowmen and the embossing! Thanks for playing the ColourQ Challenge with us!
