For CPS #168, I finally got to use some Paper Source stamps I picked up on clearance at the Bellevue Square store a few months ago. I think they’ve got lots of potential, but I didn’t know how to start using them on my cards. When I saw this week’s CPS sketch, I knew they’d be perfect!
First, here’s the inspiration sketch:

and this is the card that I made with my stamps:
The patterned paper I used is from Basic Grey (June Bug and Wisteria collections). The gem stamps are from Paper Source. The cardstock and ink are from Stampin’ Up (Rich Razzleberry, Perfect Plum, Basic Blue and Old Olive). To make the gems sparkle, I used a clear Stardust pen. I typed and printed the sentiment using the CK Wistful font.
