I looked at the white space between the hearts, and it reminded me of a flask or beaker, so I came up with this design. The flask is adhered to one side of the card.

I also punched holes, inserted some vellum between the patterned paper and the cardstock to look like bubbles:

 It’s a gate-fold card with this sentiment on the inside:
