Happy Tuesday and welcome back for another colourQ challenge! Thanks to everybody who played along with us last week…so many stunning takes on the challenge! If you weren’t able to join us last week, I hope you will this week!
We’ve had snow here in Washington state this weekend…so it’s been nice to stay in and get some crafty projects done! The snow is definitely pretty, but I’m not a big fan of driving around in it!
Here’s my card for this week! I haven’t paper pieced an image in some time, but I thought this stamp is perfect for it! I used some Studio Calico paper for the kimono, and some SU Wisteria Wonder card stock for the sash and trim.
and here are our richly inspiring colors for you to play with:
To be considered for this week’s colourQueen, make sure to link your creation at the colourQ blog by Sunday, January 22 at noon Central Time! Don’t forget to display the challenge colors and link back to the colourQ blog in your entry post.
As always, The rest of the colourQ Royal Court have created some fantastic and fun projects with this week’s colors! You can see them on the colourQ blog or by visiting their personal blogs. (The links are to the left under the thumbnail of this week’s challenge colors.)
Thanks so much for stopping by! I can’t wait to see what you’ll create with this week’s colourQ!
This is as sweet as can be! I haven't seen this little cutie before, she makes me smile!
What a sweet little card Suzanne, her kimono looks so CUTE!
Love this cute card with such a cute sentiment. You really know how to put a card together. Enjoy the snow?
Suzanne this card is so cute. I love the kimono. Excellent paper piecing, it looks like you stamped it. Fabulous.
