Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps: Throwback Challenge!

Hi, everybody! I’m happy to announce that I’m back on the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Design Team! We’re kicking things off this month with a throwback challenge, which means we’re using any stamp that was released prior to July 2012!
Here’s my card, featuring “Tea Set Rin,” who made her debut in January, 2012:

Upload a photo of your project and provide a direct link in the linky widget at the bottom of this challenge’s post on the SCRS blog. If for any reason the linky isn’t there, please add a link to your challenge creation in the comments below the blog post. 


If you use an online gallery (e.g. Splitcoast), please also use the keywords SCRSC108 and SparkleCreations (no spaces). If you have a Facebook account and are a fan of Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps, you can also upload there. Deadline for challenge #108 is Sunday, July 14th @ 9 PM PST. (Our challenges run for two weeks.)

To be entered for the challenge prize, you must use a Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamp image on your entry.

It’s Release Day at The Greeting Farm!

Hi, everybody! Thank you so much for joining us on our Release Day! It’s also time for our Monthly Blog Hop, where you’ll see more gorgeous creations by The Greeting Farm’s Design Team!

Last week, we had the pleasure of debuting the “Film & Polaroid Die Set”, and new stamps: “Tuesday Premiere” and “Cheeky Lessons”! Today, YOU have the opportunity to win it all! Both of the new stamps and die set are available NOW in the TGF Store!

For today’s card, I’m featuring “Cheeky Lessons”! I also used the Polaroid die to create a mini chalkboard for my sentiment. I love figuring out new ways to use the dies in my stash!

TGF Farm Fresh Friday: Thanks, Teacher!

Happy Friday, Friends of the Farm! I hope you’ve enjoyed all of our sneak peeks of TGF’s July release! Don’t forget about our New Release Blog Hop on Monday, July 1st!
Thank you all for the sweet comments you left for me and the other DT members as we previewed the Film Strip and Polaroid die set!
Today’s Farm Fresh Friday is all about thanking teachers!
Unfortunately, I don’t have kids, so I don’t make school-related projects. I think my gift card holder is kind of all-purpose, though…I just styled it with a school theme with the notebook designer paper and the blackboard strip across the middle.
I chose to feature Fancy Anya on my gift card holder because I picked her up recently and wanted to color her up! I made the gift card holder by folding a piece of designer paper in thirds, making sure it wrapped around the gift card, but leaving enough room to insert and remove the card easily. 
To keep it in place, I punched a set of two small holes under the notch that I cut at the top (using a small Spellbinders circle, but you could definitely use a circle punch). I looped some twine around the card and tied a bow, threading the twine through the punched holes. Once the bow is untied, you can pull the card out with the twine!
Here’s the info you’ll need to participate in this challenge:
  • You must use a TGF stamp (rubber, digi, or clear) as your main image.
  • Entries must be uploaded via InLinkz (at the bottom of this challenge’s post at the TGF blog) no later than Thursday, July 4th at NOON CST. You can add a direct link to your entry from your personal blog, SCS gallery, Flickr or TGF galleria.  (If the InLinkz tool is missing, please link your submission URL in the comment section at the bottom of the post.)
  • The fabulous prize: A random participant will be selected to win their choice of an in-stock SINGLE RUBBER STAMP or a 4×6 set!

TGF July Release Preview!

HELLO Friends of the Farm! It’s our third and final day of sneak peek previews for the July release at The Greeting Farm! Today, we’re previewing the Polaroid die set. This set also comes with a film strip die and a larger heart die.

I was inspired by a retro Hollywood theme when I was creating my previews for this release, so for my first card, I’m pairing “Tuesday Premiere” with the Polaroid die and film strip. I also colored her in cool shades of grey to match the black & white papers:

And I couldn’t resist doing another card with the retro-fresh loveliness of “Cheeky Glamour“!

Your Next Stamp’s June Release Blog Hop!

Hello!  Welcome to the June Your Next Stamp New Release Blog Hop!!!  We have soooo many adorable new stamps and dies to share with you, and they are available TODAY in the Your Next Stamp Store!  We are hanging out on the farm and heading to the beach with this release and the images could not be any cuter!!!  We also have several coordinating dies to go with these sweet images, and the inspirational projects along this hop are going to blow you away!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Krafty Guest Contest!
