Lawnscaping Challenge #85: Summer Color

Hi, everybody! I’m back to share my entry for the current challenge at the Lawnscaping Challenge blog, which is a color combo challenge (blue, orange, and yellow)!
Here’s my take! I used stamps from Lawn Fawn’s “Into the Woods” “Swimsuit Season“, “Make Lemonade“, and “Jessie’s ABCs” sets! I made the fox’s sunglasses by stamping the capital O from the alpha set sideways, coloring them in and connecting the two ovals with a black pen.

Time for a new "Color Me Sweet" challenge at Sweet Stamp Shop!

Hi, everybody! Did you enjoy today’s new release inspiration at Sweet Stamp Shop? The stamps are so much fun to create with that I wanted to join in on Danni’s new “Color Me Sweet” challenge started this week on the Sweet Stamp Shop blog!
Here’s my card, which features the “Drops Background” and the “Elegant Sentiments” stamp sets:
I added some sequins to the stamped background to tie in the color combo and to add a bit of sparkle to the card. I am working toward a cleaner and simpler design style, and I’ve found that sequins are a good way to add something extra without adding bulk to the card. I attach them with a mini glue dot under each one, so they’re not going to fall off!

A sweet color challenge at Sweet Stamp Shop!

Happy Tuesday, everybody!  I’ll have some projects up shortly with the first June release at Sweet Stamp Shop, but today, I’m helping out my fellow DT member Danni, with a card that I made for her new color challenge at the Sweet Stamp Shop blog!
I chose the “Cookie Sprinkles” set for today’s card:
I’m really working to improve my photo taking skills, and I have to tell you, I probably took 10 shots of this card in front of different backgrounds before I settled on the one to use on my blog! The weather wasn’t cooperating, so I had to shoot this picture inside on my craft room table. I added the matching sequins as a nod to the color combo and to the sprinkles theme of the card!
