Lawnscaping FIT November Blog Hop

Hi, everybody! It’s time for our monthly Facebook Inspiration Team blog hop at the Lawnscaping Challenges blog! You’ve probably arrived here from Kim’s blog, but in case you’re starting here, you can find the full list of the blogs in today’s hop at the bottom of my post!

This month’s hop is once again being sponsored by The Ink Road! We’ll pick a winner from all of the comments left on our hop to receive a $25 gift certificate to The Ink Road! (The more you comment on the blogs in the hop, the more chances you have to win!)

Our inspiration color for this month’s hop is VIOLET, so I made a “tweet” holiday card:

I chose some paper from the Let’s Polka in the Dark petite paper pack and stamped a scene with the Winter Sparrows set and snowflakes from the Winter Alpaca set.

Lawnscaping Challenge 118

Hi, everybody! It’s time for a new  Lawnscaping  challenge! Our theme for this challenge is “In With the Old,” so I created this stationery gift set with products from Lawn Fawn’s “Into the Woods” collection.

You might have noticed the decorated paper clips in this set that were part of my post on the Lawnscaping blog on Friday. I altered this photo to show you what I included in the set:

Hope this inspires you to dust off some of the older product you’ve been saving to create something new!

We’re focusing this challenge on frames! I chose MiC’s “Bethany Winter Jacket” digi for today’s card and altered the “Delicate Love” chipboard frame with gold embossing powder and my heat tool.

Lawnscaping Challenge #117

Hi, everybody! I’m pleased to announce that I’m back on the Lawnscaping Facebook Inspiration Team (FIT), and we are kicking off a new challenge today at the Lawnscaping blog!

After birthday cards, the kind of cards I make most often are the type we’re featuring for this challenge! Here’s my card:

100_5878wm

I used two of the mouse stamps from the special Lawn Fawn/Simon Says Stamp “Merry Christmouse” set for my card. I used the heart stamp from “Critters Ever After” to create the cheese heart and layered it over where the mouse was originally holding a present. The sentiment is from “So Much to Say.”
